Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products.
- Items damaged by improper use.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
